We received so many samplings for our tasting. One of our favorite parts of wedding planning was scoring the desserts to find the winners for our event. We did both pies and GF cheesecakes. Such a hard decision when they’re all so good!
You cannot go wrong with Sara’s pies! They’re perfect if you and your guests are pie lovers. Also it’s nice that she’ll deliver and set up the dessert table too, it saves so much time on the day of! Also instead of splitting a mini pie with your groom-to- be, she’ll make you a heart shaped pie of your choice! They’re super cute!
Thank you Sara Higgins-Hayden for helping make my sister’s wedding extra special. Your fresh strawberry pies were amazing and clearly a labor of love. Your attention to detail, including going to over 10 farmers’ markets to find the perfect locally-grown strawberries demonstrates how special and unique you and your budding enterprise are. I heard many guests, including my 3 daughters, comment that they now want pies for their future weddings!
Wow! From our first meeting with Sara to taste pie, it was clear how passionate she is about her business and the quality of her product. Our wedding pies were a huge hit with our wedding guests, totally cleaned out (in fact, the only “complaint” I have is that I wish we had ordered more pies!). Sara made us a larger pie to cut, which was gorgeous. And the wooden stands to display our pies were a perfect match to the hand pies. We would recommend her tasty, tipsy pies to anyone looking for a creative take on wedding dessert
