These pies, created for the 2024 MN State Fair, are great for appetizers for a party or serve with a taco salad for a fun dinner! Each order contains 3 Fire Roasted Street Corn Hand Pies and 3 Picadillo Hand Pies.

Ingredients

Roasted Street Corn Hand Pies

  • roasted corn
  • onions
  • sour cream
  • cheese
  • cilantro
  • spices

Picadillo Hand Pies

  • ground hamburger and pork
  • potatoes
  • tomatoes
  • chilies
  • queso sauce

Pie Baking Instructions

Traditional oven

Keep frozen.
Unwrap and place on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
Put glaze packet off to the side.
Pre heat oven to 425°.
Bake 22-25 min or until golden brown.
Cool and top with your glaze.

Air fryer

Keep frozen.
Unwrap and place in the fryer basket.
11-15 min on high.
Check around 8 min.
​Should be golden brown.

Grill

Keep pie on the top rack in the grill.
Or use low heat on the main rack.
