Mason Breakfast Hand Pie

My son Mason loves to create in the kitchen too. This is his take on a great breakfast. Real cheesy scrambled eggs, caramelized onion, pepper blend in butter, breakfast sausage and the best part… cheese wine sauce all layered together.

Ingredients

  • eggs
  • onion
  • pepper
  • breakfast sausage
  • cheddar cheese
  • Wine

Pie Baking Instructions

Traditional oven

Keep frozen.
Unwrap and place on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
Put glaze packet off to the side.
Pre heat oven to 425°.
Bake 22-25 min or until golden brown.
Cool and top with your glaze.

Air fryer

Keep frozen.
Unwrap and place in the fryer basket.
11-15 min on high.
Check around 8 min.
​Should be golden brown.

Grill

Keep pie on the top rack in the grill.
Or use low heat on the main rack.
